The problem the example you just cited is the fact that the humans just...vanish, when you do things like that. It kills them.

[Tsukiyama shifts position a bit, the camera going a bit jittery while he does so, though he doesn't seem to be going anywhere.]

...The worst part about it, I think, is the notion that if we were still as we are back home, we probably would survive something like that. And we'd be angry enough at it to hit back.
