[It's always kind of awkward dressing for the weather when it's warm but also kind of gross and rainy. At least the rain has tapered off for the night, but the moisture in the air is still there. Hagakure just opts for a tank top and shorts to go with his usual sandals, slinging his school uniform jacket around his waist in case it gets chilly- and to provide protection against Raijin but that's just a given.
About a half hour or so later, Hagakure can be found sitting up against the Pokemon Center wall, under the awning so he doesn't get soaked from the still-wet ground. He's holding Ikayaki in his arms, slightly using her as a pillow as he holds her close to his chest. He initially wasn't planning on having any Pokemon out but he figures Naki would like to see Ikayaki.]
[Naki shows up a few minutes later, wearing the same thing as always. Unsurprisingly, he has all six of his squids out with him. One of them is even carrying an umbrella in case it rains again. Naki grins when he catches sight of Hagakure.]
Hey, Hiro! Oh, and Ikayaki too! Hi!
[His squids all send a psychic greeting as well, though thankfully they aren't too talkative this evening.]
[Even if he isn't the best of moods, Naki and his squids do a really good job of perking him up when they arrive. At this moment, he knows he made the right decision asking Naki to hang out.
Smiling as he lifts his head up, he gives a little wave in return.]
Yo!
[With Hagakure's grasp on her loosened, Ikayaki squirms out of his arms and floats over to greet her other favorite human! And her new squid friends too, of course.
Hagakure rises to his feet to meet Naki.]
Hey, thanks for coming, man. I'm glad you could- I was getting pretty stir-crazy stuck back in the house.
[He finally straightens up after giving Ikayaki another pet.]
I'm still kinda baffled at just how many different types of burgers there are. Like, holy shit. How many of those fuckers do you need? Eventually I'll try them all though!
[As usual, he'll try to keep conversation light. He's not entirely sure why Hagakure asked him to come along, but it's probably not something he should ask about. It could just be that Hagakure was bored and needed someone entertaining to be around, after all!]
