Shuu Tsukiyama
TOKYO GHOUL
Tsukiyama showed up in Johto around the same time Naki did and Naki immediately latched on. Tsukiyama's not only a familiar face, he's one Naki can stand. Over time Naki has grown to really enjoy Tsukiyama's company and considers him his best friend. Talking with Tsukiyama has led Naki to believe that going home would really suck, mostly because Naki can't eat cake back home. They've had their ups and downs but ultimately they're stupidly close and spend a good amount of their conversations teasing each other. Naki's decided he's going to stick with Tsukiyama forever, regardless of who shows up in the future.
Banjou Kazuichi
TOKYO GHOUL
Banjou is one of the people working with Tsukiyama, so Naki got it in his head that they're friends despite everything Tsukiyama's said. It's really fun to make fun of Banjou and shit talk him behind his back, but Naki's actually making an effort to befriend the guy, sort of? It involves a lot of Dance Dance Eeveelution, so it's dumb as hell.
Chie Hori
TOKYO GHOUL
Chie has information on Naki and he doesn't totally trust her. Tsukiyama certainly does which makes things a bit easier, but it's hard for him to trust any human, especially when she knows as much as she does. Still, she likes sweets and she thinks Tsukiyama's lie pants are fuckawful, so that certainly counts for something!
Greed
FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST
For the longest time Naki couldn't decide what he thought of Greed. Any attempts to antagonize Greed refused to yield anything and overall Greed seemed to actually kind of care. Eventually they became friends and Greed's one of Naki's favorite people here. Unfortunately Naki's stupid seems to rub off on Greed, so someone's going to die a horrible death someday and they'll both find it hilarious. In a surprising turn of events that surely won't end in everyone dying, Greed asked Naki out and now they're dating. Naki is content to let Greed do his own thing for the most part, but they spend a lot of time together. Someday they're going to need to talk about things, but for now they're enjoying themselves.
Jimmy Two-Shoes
JIMMY TWO-SHOES
Two people that really shouldn't get along under any circumstances: NAKI AND JIMMY. Yet here they are and apparently they're friends. Naki has no interest in travelling, but he's always pleased to hear more about where Jimmy's going and what he's doing. There are a lot of really cool things out there in Johto. Maybe someday Naki will leave Goldenrod to discover them. (No he won't.)
Nonon Jakuzure
KILL LA KILL
What started as a conversation about squids quickly went south when Nonon decided to nickname Naki. He's normally the one doing that because he can't remember names, how dare you!! Anyway he's now Ika-san and he really doesn't know how to feel about this. How can you call him that, it's not like he only cares about squids!!! He actually really likes Nonon though, so he'll tolerate the stupid nickname.
Yasuhiro Hagakure
DANGAN RONPA
A couple of accidental misfires somehow led to the ultimate battle of good vs stupid. Somehow Naki's decided that Hagakure is not only a great guy but totally a friend. Sorry about your not evil squid overlord friend, Hagakure.
